- We ship across all states in India, excluding regions restricted by logistics providers.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
- Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability and the delivery location.
- Delivery is subject to the norms and timelines of the courier or postal services.

Shipping Charges
- Tamil Nadu: Flat shipping fee of ₹80
- Rest of India: Flat shipping fee of ₹100

Jai Elite takes full responsibility for any damage caused during transit. We ensure that all orders are securely packed and handed over only to reputed logistics providers.
Shipping Days
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Returns Shipping Responsibility
- If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the original shipping fee and return shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
