A. Return & Replacement Policy for Physical Products

To ensure transparency and support, we request all customers to take a clear video while unboxing the package. This video acts as valid proof in case the product is damaged during transit.

  • We accept replacements only for products that are received in a damaged condition.
  • Please email or send the unboxing video to us at [email address to be provided] within 3 days of delivery.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process replacements or refunds.

If eligible:

  • The damaged product must be returned intact to the address we provide.
  • We will issue a replacement based on availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we will offer:
  1. A refund for the item, or
  2. A replacement with another product of equal or higher value(difference to be paid by the customer, if applicable).

B. Order Cancellations & Partial Fulfillments

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for another item.
  • If a specific item in your order is unavailable or cannot be processed, we will:
  1. Offer a replacement of equal value,
  2. Provide a refund for that item only, or
  3. Offer a higher-value item (with the price difference to be paid by the customer).
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

C. Shipping & Courier Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure you or someone authorized is available to receive the package during courier delivery hours (typically 9 AM to 5 PM IST).
  • The courier will make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If undelivered after these attempts and returned to us, we will notify you.
    • Re-delivery charges may apply based on the situation.
    • No refund will be issued in cases where the package is returned due to unavailability of the recipient.
